1. How long does app development take?
Most apps are ready in 3 working days. The only delay usually happens if we are waiting for your logo, colors, content, or product details. The faster you send the requirements, the faster we deliver.
2. Do you provide support after the app is live?
Yes. As long as you are subscribed to our monthly maintenance, hosting and updates service, you get ongoing support, bug fixes and help whenever you need it.
3. Do I have full access to the admin panel?
Yes. You get full access to the admin panel. You manage products, orders, users, roles and customer data. We do not use your customer data for our own marketing or sell it to anyone.
4. Are these apps custom or built from a ready codebase?
Your app is made by customizing a professional ready-made codebase. We change branding, colors, layout, features and content to match your business. It is not a full “from scratch” custom development, which keeps the price low and delivery time very fast.
5. Do you offer updates and new features later?
Yes. If you stay on our maintenance and updates plan, we keep improving your app, apply new features that fit the codebase and make sure it stays compatible with the latest Android and iOS versions.
6. How do you make sure the app speed is good?
If you host with us, your app runs on cloud servers with AMD EPYC processors, CDN and caching. This setup keeps your API and admin panel fast and stable so your app loads quickly for users.
7. Do you upload the app on Google Play Store and Apple App Store?
Yes. We help you publish on both stores. For security and to follow Google’s latest policies, we do not log in to your developer accounts on our own systems. Instead, we connect to your PC or laptop using AnyDesk and upload the app together with you.
8. Do you also offer app marketing if I need it?
Yes. We offer ASO (App Store Optimization) and Google Ads campaigns to get installs and help you reach your first 1,000+ downloads. Marketing services are charged separately based on your budget and goals.
9. What are your support hours?
We provide support during daytime PKT, 12 hours a day. In case of an emergency, we try to reply on WhatsApp as soon as possible, even outside normal hours.
10. Do you design the app icon, logo and color scheme?
Yes. App icon, basic logo and color scheme setup are complimentary for all Venso app clients.
11. I live overseas. Can I still work with you?
Yes, definitely. We work with overseas Pakistanis and international clients. You still get Pakistan-level pricing, and we adjust our support timings where possible, especially for UK and Gulf time zones.
12. Do you integrate card, Easypaisa and JazzCash payments in the app?
Yes. We integrate PayFast by APPS (gopayfast.com) which supports most payment methods in one place, including cards, bank payments, JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast. You provide your merchant details or connect the account inside the admin panel.
13. How do you keep my app and data secure?
If you use our hosting:
Your data is backed up daily at 12:00 AM PKT
We use SSL encryption on the subdomain and backend
We use official Google Maps API for location apps
Servers are in secure UK data centers
We do not sell or share your business or customer data
14. Can I use Cash on Delivery (COD) only?
Yes. You can enable COD in the app and start with cash payments only. Later, you can add online payments whenever you are ready.
15. Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
Yes. We take 100% upfront payment so we can start immediately and deliver within 3 working days. Your payment is safe because you see the demo and admin panel before ordering, so you already know what you will get.
16. Is there any refund if I change my mind?
Once we start working on your app and setup, the payment is non-refundable, because licenses, server resources and development time are used from day one. We recommend checking the demo properly before confirming.
17. What happens if I stop paying the monthly maintenance?
Your app and admin panel will keep working, but:
You will not receive new updates or features
We will not provide support or bug fixes
Hosting or backend service may be stopped if it is on our servers
You can always restart maintenance later by contacting us.
18. What do you need from me to start the app?
We usually need:
Business name and short description
Logo or text for logo
Color preference
Product or service categories
City and service areas
Contact details and social media
Payment method preferences
Once we have this, we start your setup and move towards the first APK quickly.
19. Can the app work outside Pakistan as well?
Yes. Your app can work in any country if you set the correct currency, delivery areas and payment options. Many overseas Pakistanis use these apps for businesses in UK, Gulf and other regions while paying Pakistan rates.
