1. Introduction
By using our website, purchasing a service, or engaging with Venso (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These Terms of Service define the legal agreement between Venso and the customer (“you”, “your”) for all mobile app development, backend hosting, and admin panel setup services offered by Venso.
2. Scope of Services
Venso provides professional app development and backend setup services using pre-built Flutter frameworks customised per client branding and requirements.
- We do not offer fully custom-coded applications.
- All apps are hybrid (Flutter-based) and may support Android, iOS, and web (PWA) depending on package.
- Backend and admin panels may be hosted on Venso hosting or on customer-hosted servers.
- APIs, admin panel setup, Firebase configuration, and publishing guidance are included based on the selected plan.
3. Payment & Billing
- All prices are quoted in Rs. unless stated otherwise.
- Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or any secure gateway used by Venso.
- Full payment is required before work begins.
- Recurring charges apply if the customer chooses Venso’s hosting, backend maintenance, or subscription-based plans.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are accepted only within the first 24 hours of payment and only if work has not started.
- Once work has started, backend is configured, app files are customised, or the project is delivered/marked delivered, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.
- If approved, refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation or processing fee.
- Chargebacks filed without contacting Venso first will result in immediate suspension of all services and accounts.
5. Hosting & Domains
- Customers may host their backend/admin panel with Venso or use their own hosting provider.
- Venso hosting is based on secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., Hostinger, Firebase, or VPS-based hosting).
- Customers are responsible for purchasing and renewing their own domains.
- Venso does not purchase domains on behalf of clients.
- Hosting fees include infrastructure and support only; domain costs are separate.
6. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines depend on project size, app type, and customer responsiveness.
- Delays caused by late submission of content, branding, Firebase access, hosting credentials, or approvals are not the responsibility of Venso.
- Minor delays (2–3 days) may occur due to technical adjustments or quality assurance.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information, branding materials, and required credentials.
- Ensure timely approvals to avoid project delays.
- Follow platform guidelines (Google Play, Apple App Store, Firebase, hosting provider, etc.).
- Maintain compliance with all legal, content, and operational guidelines for their mobile application.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Customer data is used only for communication and service delivery purposes. Venso does not sell, share, or distribute customer or app-user data to any third party. Hosted backend and admin panel data remains entirely the property of the customer.
9. Intellectual Property
- Customers own their final app branding, content, and backend data.
- The base code, templates, and software frameworks remain the intellectual property of Venso or its licensors.
- Redistribution, resale, or modification of our base code for resale purposes is strictly prohibited.
10. Support & Maintenance
- Support is available Monday–Friday during working hours.
- Requests submitted on weekends or after hours will be addressed on the next business day.
- Support includes bug fixes and minor adjustments; new features or upgrades may incur additional charges.
- Backend/API maintenance applies only if the customer is subscribed to Venso hosting or maintenance plans.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Venso is not responsible for financial, business, or data loss caused by third-party platforms, hosting outages, or customer mistakes.
- We cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime due to factors outside our control.
- Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service.
12. Termination of Services
- Venso may suspend or terminate services in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or non-payment.
- Customers may request cancellation at any time; no refunds apply once work has begun or the project is delivered.
13. Third-Party Integrations
- Apps may include integrations such as Firebase, Stripe, PayPal, Google Maps, or external APIs.
- These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which customers must review independently.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled exclusively under Pakistani jurisdiction.
15. Updates to Terms
Venso may update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
