1. Introduction
This Hosting Policy explains how Venso (“we”, “our”, or “us”) manages hosting services for customer mobile app backends, admin panels, and APIs. We primarily use Hostinger Cloud Hosting to host admin panels and backend services when customers opt to host with us. Customers may alternatively choose to use their own hosting provider.
2. Hosting Provider
Venso uses Hostinger Cloud Hosting as the primary hosting infrastructure for admin panels and backend APIs. Hostinger provides secure, high-performance cloud servers with SSL encryption, firewalls, and uptime monitoring.
- All admin panels and backend services hosted through Venso are stored on Hostinger-managed cloud servers.
- Data hosted under Venso’s hosting plans is governed by Hostinger’s Data Processing and Privacy Policies.
- We maintain administrative access to hosted backends only for maintenance, updates, and technical support.
3. Customer Hosting Choice
- Customers may choose to host their app backend with Venso or use their own server/hosting provider.
- If the customer chooses their own hosting, they must provide server credentials (cPanel, SSH, FTP, or database access) for setup and deployment.
- Venso is not responsible for downtime, performance issues, or security breaches on hosting platforms not managed by us.
4. Domain, API URL, & Management
- Customers are required to purchase and manage their own domain names (if the backend requires a URL for APIs or admin access).
- Venso does not purchase domains on behalf of customers.
- Customers are responsible for renewing domains and managing their DNS records.
- Failure to renew a domain may cause API and app functionality issues, for which Venso holds no liability.
5. Data Access and Maintenance
- Venso may access backend/admin panel data with the customer’s consent to perform updates or troubleshooting.
- If hosting is part of a paid plan, Venso may access the backend without prior notice for security fixes, updates, or maintenance.
- All access is performed securely, and data is never shared with third parties.
- We maintain administrative-level credentials to ensure operational stability of the hosted backend.
6. Data Storage & Security
- All backend data resides on Hostinger’s cloud servers within secure data centres.
- Admin panels hosted under our plans include SSL protection, routine backups, and security hardening.
- Customers using their own hosting are responsible for implementing their own security protocols, backups, and firewall configurations.
7. Service Limitations
- Venso does not guarantee 100% uptime due to potential third-party provider issues.
- We are not responsible for data loss caused by customer actions, expired domains, or misconfigured external hosting.
- Customers hosting with Venso agree to follow Hostinger’s Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Venso is not liable for outages, data loss, or performance issues caused by customer errors or third-party hosting environments.
- Hosting fees paid to Venso cover cloud infrastructure, deployment, and maintenance only — domain fees are not included.
- If using external hosting, Venso is not responsible for plugin incompatibilities, server misconfigurations, or downtime.
9. Termination of Hosting
- Customers may request migration of their backend/admin panel to another hosting provider at any time by sending written notice.
- All data will be delivered or transferred securely once all outstanding dues are cleared.
- Upon termination, Venso may delete the backend files from the hosting server after 7 days unless instructed otherwise.
